Atlas Public API

Public operator-facing API for sandbox lifecycle, runtime profiles, templates, source connections, provider catalog, and provisioning reconciliation.

This is an initial hand-authored inventory spec. Route coverage is complete, but some request and response schemas are intentionally conservative and will be tightened over time.

Product branding is moving to Atlas. Provider ids such as hopx and firecracker remain unchanged.
